COLLECTION AND STORAGE

Collection infrastructure requires establishment of E-waste collection points and storage area The following features

1. Appropriate measures will be adopted to minimize the disposal of E-waste


2. The collection and transport of separately collected E-waste shall be carried out in a way, which optimizes reuse and recycling of those components or whole appliances capable of being reused or recycled.


3. Sites for storage (including temporary storage) of E-waste prior to their treatment will have impermeable surface for appropriate areas with the provision of spillage collection facilities.


4. Sites for storage (including temporary storage) of E-waste prior to their treatment should have weatherproof covering for appropriate areas.


5. TECHLOGIC will collect the E-waste in scientific way with the proper transportation facility as per the guidelines from the pollution control board.
