SOCIAL CONCERN
We are a group of like–minded friends. Enthusiasm coupled with matured thoughts and inspired views made us think - How is that we are going to take part in the progress our society and thereby the world? How is that we can make this world a better place to live in? How can we improve the lives of the downtrodden, the poor and the handicapped? How can we care for our environment? How can we make a difference?
If each one of the families in our society proactively works towards their upliftment and better standards of living, we firmly believed that it will have a cascading effect on the societies growth and progress. We thought that we should be messengers in reducing the degree of difference between the haves and the have nots.
What we aim to do?
Some of the activities we do…
- Educating the under privileged children/teenagers
- Help them in their academics – Free coaching
- Attract, Motivate, Inspire them to be independent achievers in life
- Mentor and counsel them to solve their problems
- Raise funds for their education
- Encouraging poor parents to send their children to school
- Free computer education.
- Encouraging school principals in govt schools to contact us if they require our help through the 'maathiyosi' portal
- Facilitating blood donation, organ donation through the 'maathiyosi' portal
- Getting Complain about child labors and rescuing,rehabilitating them.
- Helping the blind and the disabled in their education and in their exams
- Spreading social awareness – Like ill effects of pollution, Adv's of planting trees, sharing important information like free heart surgery clinics, etc – through the 'maathiyosi' portal
- Facilitating philanthropists through the portal
- Facilitating the physically challenged and the old aged people through the portal
- Publishing free e books across all genres of study and making them free to download through the portal
- Giving emergency and trauma care directions and contacts of city hospitals through the portal
- Encouraging like minded people to join our group to make a difference through the portal
